“Create an even more dynamic and exciting project for 2023” - that was this companies brief when engaged for the second successive year by the international phenomenon TikTok for the Accelerator event series in 2023. What better location than the iconic beachside costal township, Noosa!
The incentive program, which hosted the next generation of media talent form TikTok’s agency partners in Australia, was specifically designed as a reward program. This incentive program encouraged guests on their personal journeys, by sign posting exclusive industry knowledge, providing them with valuable network opportunities. By collaborating with industry peers, invaluable knowledge was gained while forming friendships and relationships for subsequent liaison.
Guests were able to participate in three interactive sessions that were held both in-person and virtually across New South Wales and Victoria. The program culminated in a three-day residency, where this company created the ultimate experience for TikTok’s Accelerator program for 2023… and it slayed.
By delivering “surprise and delight moments”, as per the brief, guests were amazed during the non-stop schedule. The engaging, stimulating experience, reflected TikTok’s, brand, culture and enthusiasm.
The already influenced guests were further enthralled by educational and inspirational thought leaders including: Layne Beachley; Nicole Hatherly; and Alex Wadelton. Internal expert TikTok leaders and executives featured in curated workshops which covered a variety of topics such as the evolution of sonic branding, e-commerce and creator-led content.
A sunset cruise preceded an exclusive Welcome Dinner supported by energetic live music that created a connective experience with the brand at its centre.
Noosa proved the perfect backdrop for a morning Beach Wellness Session, which set the scene for attendees enabled guests to tackle the day’s content with renewed vigour. A high impact White Party concept on the second evening proved the perfect farewell to a retreat which embraced creative thinking, reassurance of the TikTok brand name and culture.
