Integral Ad Science sought an “out of the box” and personalised experience that companies C-suite clients at Cannes In Cairns. With multiple competing competitor events and engagements, the strategy was to create an experience that set the tone from the beginning to ensure that the client experience shone. 

From personalised invitations, tailored business class flights and luxury car pick-ups, every detail was carefully curated to create an extraordinary first impression on each guest. Once they arrived at the hotel, guests were immediately invited to an exclusive poolside event with branded cocktails and merchandise designed to make their stay more comfortable and memorable. Each guest was treated to a luxury experience at the hotel’s Signature Spa, to unwind before dinner. 

Guests were treated to theatrical touchpoints that delighted and surprised them. during. The exclusive experience was held at Whisky and Wine restaurant showcasing idyllic ocean view. On arrival, guests were offered extravagant tropical cocktails while being welcomed the expansive balcony where they swooned to a luxurious interactive seafood station. A caviar cart also offered those in attendance caviar bumps and frozen vodka. 

Guests were also marshalled in smaller groups to create their cocktails of choice behind the Luxe Bar before sitting down to a decadent dinner showcasing locally-sourced ingredients. Tables were styled with tropical florals that connected the audience in a subtle way back to the brand. 

The evening culminated in with dancing to the choices made my our expert DJ, with requests as well.
